鸡蛋灌饼 – egg-filled pancake. Basically a simple pancake, fried, then you pour an egg into the middle and fry a bit more. I’ve got two here, because I’m greedy with pickles in the middle.

They’re cheaper if you supply your own eggs! Got them for 6 Mao in Tianjin
